Most people, including Dr. Trevor, have spent countless hours, months and years on conventional chiropractic, physical therapy, injections, training and even surgery with little to no permanent relief. After a severe disc herniation in his neck, and a torn shoulder labrum AND partially torn rotator cuff, Dr. Trevor found nothing was working. So he became his own expert after being run through the gauntlet of so called ‘treatments.’ Using his knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology, he broke down the fundamentals of movement into proper systems. Now, Dr. Trevor has gone on to compete in the most elite Crossfit arenas in the world and is fully recovered! He enjoys being mega fit and living an incredibly active life PAIN FREE!
